What are your fees?
For commission roles: 15-20% of agreed OTE OR flat fee per hire (per-client choice). For salary roles: 20% of base salary.
What are your payment terms?
Net 7 or Net 14 (avoid Net 30 for new clients). Split billing: 50% on start date; 50% after 30 days employed.
