Clear Ledger Talent was founded by operators who understand hiring from both sides. Anderson, owner of ACLM and co-founder of Clear Ledger Talent, comes from a luxury real estate and operator background. We met through networking and shared the same challenge: hiring and retaining talent while scaling revenue teams.

Jeremiah brings operator experience from building a luxury service business with a focus on revenue systems and performance. Our screening is built around real-world performance indicators—not resume polish.
